Home Renovation Rebate Programs

BC Homeowners!

Two programs mean double the opportunity for savings!

Home renovation rebate programs and grants are available for homeowners who want to upgrade the energy efficiency of their home during a renovation!

Currently, a Federal Government Program called the Greener Homes Grant is giving homeowners up to $5000.00 for improving the energy efficiency of their homes. This same program is providing $600 in rebates towards the fees that Energy Advisors, like those at Capture Energy, charge!

This Federal Program runs in addition to the provincial Clean BC Better Homes Rebates that is available to homeowners in British Columbia. This program can give homeowners over $10,000 in rebates for major renovation projects, like upgrading insulation, installing high-performance windows, and installing high-efficiency heating and water heating systems.
